Unveiling of the Covid-19 isolation Centre at IMSUTH. I unveiled yet another Covid-19 isolation and treatment centre at the Imo State University Teaching Hospital (IMSUTH) equipped by the Access Bank.

Today, we received our friends from the Imo State opposition People's Democratic Party (PDP) into the All Progressives Congress(APC). I was formally introduced to the new entrants into our party by the State Executive Council of the APC, Imo State.

Today, I met with the traditional council of Okigwe Zone at the Sam Mbakwe Expanded Exco Chambers. We had some fruitful deliberations as I assured them that restoring the pride of place of our traditional institutions is paramount to our administration.

Today, I had the privilege of receiving our Bishops. They paid a courtesy call on me at the Imo State Government House, Owerri. I joined them as we prayed for the success of a #NewImo and our Government of shared prosperity.

Follow the journey. Flooding in Owerri municipality is almost history! Imo roads are experiencing massive renovation for some, and total Reconstruction for many. We are determined to recover all the infrastructural grounds we lost over the years.

We have abolished the payment of pensions and other privileges to Governors, Deputy Governors, Speakers and deputy speakers.

I received the Imo State University Visitation Panel chaired by Prof. Chinedu Nebo, a former Vice Chancellor of the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) as they handed over their report to our government.

Today, I signed two bills into law - The Waste Management Agency Law and the Land Use Act. I also ordered a revalidation of all Certificates of Occupancy in Imo state

Today, I had the New Acting President of Imo State Customary Court of Appeal, Hon. Justice Mathew Njoku sworn into office.

The Imo State Deputy Governor, Prof Placid Njoku and I had the honour of receiving His Grace, Most Reverend Bishop AJV Obinna, the Catholic Arch Bishop of the Owerri Ecclesiastical Province and Bishop Moses Chikwe.

On a sad note, I visited the scene of the collapsed 8 storey building at Yar'dua drive, Owerri to have a personal feel of the situation.
